Chad put on another great show. Ended up having a couple great days for the derby. Chad left the track rather dry which most definitely helped the show out. Probably one of the coolest things that I saw this year was chad put three judges (these judges run in derbies themselves and did a great job) in the stands that would score certain shots (wheel shots, arena shots, etc.) and they would give a driver points based on how much damage they did. Once the person reached 20 points, they got pulled out of the heat and went straight to the feature as the mad dog. This definietly made for some awesome hitting! I counted a total of 68 cars on Saturday, 23 being championship, 23 clean up, and the rest being stocks and compacts.
