Thought it was a great show, little long on the feature but great seeing well bit cars last. Same person that won the mad dog last year won it again this year and finished 8 or 9th can't remember but completely trashed the rear of the car and was nosing the front if only the distributer cap wouldnt have come off who knows what he could have done. Congrats to Arden and the other winners and congrats to you Jorey Friesen on a second mad dog award two years running
As for next year smaller tanks would be the best idea anywhere between 5 and 8 gallons would be great.

4 GALLON MAX, WITH 10 FEET OF 3/8 LINE.... AT LEAST IT WONT TAKE ALMOST 2 HOURS. THE IDEA IS TO DESTROY THE COMPETITION, NOT CONSERVE FUEL.....

patton said i dont want you to die for your country, i want the germans to die for theirs
with that thought in mind let the competion destroy each other.
and stay outta their way
the winner just avoids taking themselves out
i thought the whole idea was to have fun and impress chicks

IT USED TO BE EVERY GUY WHO DREAMED OF BEING A SUPERSTAR RAN THEIR LOCAL COUNTY FAIR..... THE CROWDS SCREAMED,KIDS EYES LIT UP AT THE BRIGHTLY COLORED CHARIOTS THAT WERE ABOUT TO BE DESTROYED. MUD FLEW IN EVERY DIRECTION, CARS CAUGHT ON FIRE, MASS CHAOS ENSUED WHEN RADIATORS BURST AS DRIVERS SCRAMBLED TO MAKE THEIR LAST HITS COUNT.............. NOW, WE RUN OUT OF GAS.....

I had a good time. Thought it was a good derby! congrats to all the winners!! Smaller tanks would be nice. i wouldn't mind seein cars have to have stock drive shafts and all. keeps some of us poor guys in the game. Oh and who ever asked the old caddy didnt have stock front bumper it was a 76 olds.

this is the most sore i have been after a derby for quite a while . i hate computer drama and am not going to get into a pissing match with people that live to do that. i dont think its fair for the people that werent there to run their mouths about how hard hitting it was or wasnt . come run if your qaulified , show us how its done . its pretty easy to sit there and type what a show should be or assume that it was a bag fest because people ran out of gas . pretty sure if you ask anyone in the feature that ACTUALLY ran they would agree it felt like it was a hard hitting show. of course you could lower the fuel limit and then everyone could conserve gas and not get on the throttle at all . best way to make someone hit is go after them , thats hard to do from a keyboard !

once again thanks chad, i had a good time.
peace love and blacklight posters jim

I'm ganna say it again congrats to everyone and chad for putting on a good show. Glad to see that you didn't have to use the 45 second hit rule to Chad great idea. And to those that qualified and didn't come you missed out. I didn't qualify either but i was there to watch and work a my buddies car.
And if some one taped this let me know or let us all know if you put it on youtube. would really like to watch the first clean up because i didn't get to watch one buddy run because i was workin on his brothers car. thanks again for another good show Chad

Well said chicken! This is Day three after that supposedly non hitting feature, but yet I'm sore as hell! Good job to all the drivers. Awesome job by chad and crew. This was the most honest show (rules inspection drivers) that I've been to in a long time! I didn't talk to one person (at the show) that had a complaint. That is rare these days. Keep up the good work chad. This show is getting bigger and better every year!

Thanks to all who help make this successfulshow this year . Berry Brown Chad Sterling for there inspecting . congratulations to all who made the feature only have the cars come back and compete in the consolation that a loan shows how tough the show was .out of 15 cars in this feature I'm guessing only 4 of them might be able to run again . yes there will have to be a gas tank rule in place for next year but not for the reason you're thinking the feature was excellent it was a little slow because we over watered the track .the gas tank rule have to be enforced for the reason of I'd do not want coffin tanks in the backseat of those cars thanks to everybody for their opinion my goal is to make the show better every year in any way possible expescially value the opinions of the people that were their .if you have any questions about the show ask the opinions of the people who came and sat in the bleachers and sat in the s.eI think you'll find a large majority of those people will tell great a show this was thanksto all

CHAD, I AM NOT ARGUING THAT THE SHOW WASNT FAIR OR THAT IT WASNT HEAVY HITTING, I WOULD HATE TO SEE THE KANSAS CHAMPIONSHIP TURN INTO METAL MAYHEM JUNIOR, THATS ALL. I DIDNT RUN BECAUSE THE CAR MY DRIVETRAIN IS IN IS STILL GOOD TO GO AND I COULDNT SEE PULLING IT ALL APART TO ONLY HAVE TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER AGAIN. WE ATTENDED THE HYMARK AUCTION, WHICH WE BEEN AT SINCE DAY ONE, IT WASNT A SNUB ON THE EVENT BY ANY MEANS, I WAS HAPPY TO QUALIFY,JUST TOO BAD IT WAS SO LATE IN THE SEASON TO GET THAT SPOT...MAYBE NEXT YEAR......
