VIOLATIONS OF THE FOLLOWING RULES WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AND FORFEITURE OF ALL ENTRY FEES AND WINNINGS! 2. NO ILLEGAL DRUGS OR ALCOHOL WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE EVENT GROUNDS. 3. Absolutely NO person will be allowed on the event grounds under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol. 4. All drivers must be 18 years of age or older, and show a valid drivers license. 5. NO inspection until entry fees are paid. NO refunds after inspection starts. Cars will be secured in heat rows after passing inspection and no additional contact with the car will be permitted until your heat is called. 6. Shirt, jeans and helmet are required. No cutoffs. Protective eyewear is recommended. 7. Drivers only must attend driver’s meeting prior to the event. RACING REGULATIONS 1. The car and driver qualifies. No substitutions without prior approval of the event officials. 2. All drivers must complete an aggressive hit on alternating competitors within 60 seconds. No sandbagging or team driving. 3. Any car that has a fire will be allowed sixty (60) seconds to restart after a fire. The car will be disqualified from that heat after the second fire. Officials will determine safety before car is allowed to continue. 4. Any car that rolls over will be allowed sixty (60) seconds to restart after the car has been righted. Officials will determine safety before car is allowed to continue. 5. Any vehicle with two tires out of bounds will be disqualified from that heat. 6. No hitting or blocking with the driver’s door. 7. No direct head on hits. 8. All drivers and pitmen must understand and sign the RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT. 9. Drivers must remain in the car with seat belt and helmet secured during their heat unless asked to exit by the officials. 10. No one EXCEPT the event officials and current heat drivers will be allowed on the track at anytime. If anyone connected with your car are on the track, you will be disqualified. 11. All drivers will be held responsible for the actions of anyone connected with them or their vehicles. 12. All cars must be removed from the event grounds by 12:00 pm. of the day following the event. 13. All protests must be made by the driver only and will require a $200.00 cash fee. The fee will be refunded ONLY IF you win the protest. If you lose the protest the event officials keep the $200.00. 14. ALL VEHICLES ARE SUBJECT TO RE-INSPECTION AT ANY TIME. First two (2) inspections are free, then a $25.00 non refundable fee per each additional inspection. No more than five (5) total inspections. 15. ALL entry fees must be paid and the vehicle in the inspection line by 2 hour before event start time.

CAR BUILDING RULES AND REGULATIONS ALL VEHICLES ENTERED
NO: CONVERTIBLES, CONVERTIBLE FRAMES, IMPERIALS, IMPERIAL SUB-FRAMES, CARRYALLS, SUBURBANS, SUVS, VANS, HEARSES, LIMOS, ALL WHEEL DRIVE UNLESS MADE INTO TWO WHEEL DRIVE. Preparation:
1. IF IT IS NOT STATED IN THESE RULES, DON’T DO IT OR YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED FROM THE EVENT!
2. All glass, plastic and pop metal must be removed. All inner panels must be removed. Nothing may remain in the bottom of the doors or trunks. All outside hardware must be removed (door handles, mirrors, chrome, molding, screws, fiberglass, etc.).
3. No added weight to the vehicle. No packing the frames, trunks, doors, body, or under floor decking.
4. No added or relocating metal anywhere on the vehicle unless stated in these rules.
5. Front seat must be securely mounted to the floor and must have seat belts.
6. Any flammable materials inside the vehicle must be removed except safety padding and seat.
7. No anti-freeze or other cooling additive allowed. WATER ONLY. You will pay the EPA to clean up area.
8. One 6” max O.D. pipe or tube mounted between the doorposts behind the driver’s seat may be used. An 8" x 8" plate must be welded to each end of the pipe or tube. One 6” max O.D. pipe may be put in the front between the door posts where the dashboard was located. These must be welded around the plate only, no bolting them in place is allowed. You may weld one 6” max O.D. connecting pipe or tube on the inside of the front driver door and one 6” max O.D. pipe or tube no less than 6” from the inside of the front passenger door from front pipe or tube to rear pipe or tube for safety. They CAN NOT be connected to the frame.
9. On non-full post vehicle only: You may have larger plate welded to the end of rear cross pipe or tube only. It may not exceed 10" by 10".
10. You may weld one 2" max O.D. vertical pipe or tube to cross bar behind seat and attached to the roof. It may have no more than a 6" x 6” plate welded on the end and bolted to the roof.
11. Instead of welding one vertical pipe or tube behind the driver’s seat, you can install one 2” max O.D. external roof support ("halo or rollover bar"). One vertical pipe or tube must be welded to the rear cross bar through the side window area on each side then connected with cross pipe or tube to each vertical across the outside of the roof. The external cross pipe or tube can be bolted to the roof with no more than three 3/8” bolts. The external roof support can not be welded to the car body and CAN NOT be connected to the frame.
12. Vertical tubes or pipes on the external roof support must be mounted no more than 4" from door post
13. No added supports from the cross pipes or tubes to the floor pan or door posts. No kickers or gussets.
14. Hood must open or be removed for inspection of engine compartment.
15. No profane language, symbols, gestures or politically incorrect statements on the vehicle.
16. Vehicle number and driver's name must 15" tall and painted on driver's door and roof in
contrasting color.
17. Any vehicle leaking fluids will be disqualified for that heat. Local HAZ-MAT and EPA laws may also apply.
18. Officials may require an inspection opening any where on the vehicle entered. Securing:
1. See each vehicle class section on proper rules for bolting, chaining, #9 wire, cabling or welding.
2. Only two of the following: bolting or chaining or #9 wire or cabling can be used to secure your hood.
3. Trimmed fenders, hood openings, are considered cutouts.
4. Station wagon tailgates are considered the same as trunk lids.
Welding:
1. ABSOLUTLY NO WELDING on the vehicle anywhere unless stated in these rules or you will be subject to disqualification with NO REFUND.
2. The inner seam between the door posts and floor pan may be welded. NO plates or filler.
3. Driver's door may be welded solid.
4. No stacking of filler in any seams or gap.
5. Front frame seams may be welded from A-arms forward top and bottom with no added metal.
6. No boxing in the C channel or plating the Ys on Mopar.
7. No seam welding unless stated in these rules. Chains, #9 wire, Cable:1. Chain must be 3/8” or smaller.
2. # 9 wire can not be more than 4 strands twisted together.
3. Cable must be 3/8” or smaller. Bolting:1. Screws will be considered the same as bolts
2. All bolts can not be larger than 3/8” and use 1” O.D. washers EXCEPT for body bolts , 6 hood bolts, 2 bolts in the trunk lid.
3. No bolts may go through or around or touch the frame or uni-body EXCEPT body bolts, two hood bolts, and two trunk lid bolts.
4. 2 trunk lid and 6 hood bolts and body bolts may not exceed 3/4" in diameter.
5. Washers may not exceed 4" in diameter on trunk lid, and body bolts and 6" diameter for hood.
6. Hood may be bolted with no more than 6 bolts not to go through frame EXCEPT the 2 core support bolts which can go through the top of the frame.
7. Trunk lid may be bolted with no more 8 bolts. Two 3/4’” bolts may go through to the top of the frame.
8. No more than 8 bolts per cutout.
9. No adding bolts to the any body support seams.
10. Replaced body bolts must be redone just like factory, top of frame through body only.
11. Replaced body bolts can not be longer than 6".
12. No extra body bolts will be allowed. Engines:
1. Any engine and transmission combination may be used in any vehicle but must be mounted within 4" of the original mount and must be mounted securely.
2. Motor mounts may be welded; transmission and motors may be chained. Rear Ends1. Two chains or cables or # 9 wire may be attached to the rear end and attached to the body or around frame. They must be loose to allow suspension to work.
2. ONE metal brace may be welded across the back of the rear end and axel tubes.
3. NO added metal can be mounted on the top or bottom of the rear end and/or axel tubes.
4. Trailing arms may be lengthen or shorten. NO reinforcement of trailing arms. Air Cleaners and Starting Fluid:
1. You must have an air cleaner on the vehicle at all times during the event.
2. No starting fluid will be allowed inside the vehicle.
Battery:
1. Any automotive battery legal (2 maximum) or one D-8 style cat battery.
2. Battery or batteries must be securely mounted on passenger floorboard and will be covered with a non-conductive material. Brakes:
1. All vehicles must exhibit the ability to stop before entering the arena. If a vehicle looses its braking ability it will be subject to disqualification.
Radiators & Radiator Supports:
1. Radiators must stay in the original stock position. No added water capacity.
2. Heater cores must be removed and heater core hose ports on the engine block plugged.
3. Lower radiator support body mount bushings may be removed.
4. No reinforcement of the radiator, radiator support, condenser, condenser support or their mounts.
5. No home made or non-factory production made radiators.
6. Electric fans are allowed. Tires: 1. Tires must be DOT approved for hi-way use and 16" or smaller and maximum 8 ply rating only.
2. You may use inner tubes, screw tire to the rim, or glue a tire inside of a tire.
3. No foreign material (water, foam, concrete, etc.) inside of tire.
4. Tires must be inflated with air only.
5. You may weld on valve stem protectors.
6. NO paddle, tractor lug, forklift, skid loader, agricultural, non-hiway service, home made, or studded tires. Transmission Coolers:
1. Transmission coolers will be allowed.
2. Coolers must be secured in back seat area.
3. Metal, steel braided or high-pressure lines and fittings must be used. No fuel, air hose or hose clamps.
4. Fans on coolers are permitted.
5. Overall, officials will determine safety at time of inspection.
Fuel Pumps, Fuel Tanks:
1. Electric fuel pumps are allowed. Must have separate switch within driver's reach and be labeled clearly.
2. Steel line with flare fittings are recommended or approved rubber fuel line with two hose clamps on each end.
3. No pressurized fuel vessel systems.
4. Fuel tank must be metal.
5. Six gallons of fuel maximum allowed. No extra fuel storage containers in the vehicle allowed.
6. Fuel tank must have a fire retardant cover.
7. Gas tank must be bolted down behind driver’s seat.
8. Original gas tank must be removed from car.
9. Fuel lines must be protected and ran through a hole 2 times larger and routed through the firewall.
Suspension:
1. No solid suspension.
2. No means other than tires may be used to raise the vehicle height.
3. No adding reinforcement to the suspension.
4. No putting leaf springs on top of the axle.
5. No coil to leaf or leaf to coil spring conversions.
6. No welding or duct taping of springs will be allowed unless stated in these rules.
7. You may weld coil springs to the rear end so they do not fall out. No filler may be used.
8. No adding bolts in the top of coil springs though the vehicle body.
9. You may not clamp the shocks.
10. Leaf spring vehicles must have OEM factory leaf springs with factory stagger for that model vehicle.
11. No more than 4 clamps per side.
12. No air shocks or spring spacers may be used.
13. Leaf spring hangers must be OEM factory for that model and year of the car and cannot be reinforced.
14. NO truck springs allowed on cars.
15. Suspension must work.

Doors and windows:
1. All EXTERIOR door seams must use ONE of the following for securing: weld, chain, cable, or #9 wire.
2. If using chain or #9 wire or cable, none may go thru or around the frame and only in two places per seam.
3. A protective bar may be placed on the driver's exterior door. It cannot extend more than 6" past the drivers' door seams on either side.
4. You can have #9 wire or cable or chain in two separate places per opening of side windows only.
5. A maximum of 2 bars or 2 chains running from the outside top of roof down to the cowl on the front window is mandatory.
6. No straps or plates across side window openings.
7. No bars from the roof to the trunk area.
8. No wire or cable or metal or chain in the rear window.
9. A seam runs from one corner to another and is not continuous.
Frame and Body:
1. If patching holes on the body you must use the same thickness of sheet metal as original body sheet metal. Patching for safety, not reinforcement.
2. Holes left in the firewall from removing the dash, heater, clearance for engine must be covered with sheet metal to prevent fire hazards.
3. There must be a minimum of a 1" spacer between body and frame.
4. No foreign material in the body.
5. No painting or undercoating may be used underneath the car, especially the frame, or automatic disqualification with NO REFUND.
6. No foreign material inside the frame. Notching frame is allowed.
7. All frame openings must remain open for inspection.
8. Broken, rusted through, bent frames may be repaired. The repair metal must be the same thickness as the original frame metal.
9. Plates can not be longer than 6 inches and 3/16” or less in thickness.
10. No more than 4 plates per frame rail.
11. No plates on the top or bottom of the frame.
12. The event officials must be able to see the damaged areas. Do not cover the damaged areas.
13. No bolts, chains, cable, pins, clamps, #9 wire may be in contact with the frame unless stated in these rules.
14. Hood must remain in factory location and have at least one 12" opening for fire control
15. Trunk lids must remain in factory locations.
16. Trailer hitches and framework must be removed.
17. All cars bodies must be on an OEM stock car frame.
18. ABSOLUTLY NO MODIFCATION TO THE FRAME UNLESS STATED IN THESE RULES OR AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION!
19. No #9 wire, cable, chain from the floor pan to the roof.
20. NO spray foam, expand-a-foam allowed anywhere on or in the car.
Bumpers:
1. Must be stock O.E.M. car bumpers. No Truck bumpers. No added metal.
2. Bumpers may be cut so they do not smash into the tires during the event.
3. Front and rear bumpers may be chained in two or less places and attached to frame to hold bumper on.
4. Bumpers may be flipped, trimmed or folded and may weld fold together. 4' x 4' welding rule applies.
5. Front and rear bumpers may be welded or bolted to brackets and brackets may be welded or bolted to frame.
6. Must be OEM factory brackets.
7. Compression bumpers may be drained, slid back into the shock and welded fully with no added
material.
8. No chrome may be welded to the body or frame.
9. Two chains from front bumper to hood are allowed. These chains can not go around, through, or touch the frame.
10. You may use on the rear bumper 1" x 1/4" x 18" flat strap welded from the body to the chrome of the bumper. No more than 2 of these may be used and on the rear bumper only.
11. If you do not use metal straps on the rear bumper, you may use 2 chains not to go around the
frame.
12. No swapping shock bumper towers back to front or front to back.

Pre 1980 CARS: NO TRUCKS
1. The rules in this section will be used in addition to rules stated in the All Vehicles Entered section.
2. Any Pre 1980 car allowed except those stated in the All Vehicle Entered section
3. Only one the following: bolting or chaining or #9 wire or cabling or welding can be used to secure your trunk lid, doors and cutouts.
4. Tie rods and steering arms can be altered.
5. Steering column shaft can be altered.
6. Only 4"x1/2" rolled steel or 4" X 4" X 3/16" plates may be used for exterior seam welding. Must be weld 4" skip 4" spacing or plates with 4” space between each plate.
7. Welding of the cut outs is allowed using the weld 4“ skip 4“ rule.
8. You may use any type of car rear end as long as it has no more than standard 5-stud pattern axles.
9. Sedagons and trunk wedging and lid tucking are allowed. NO added metal.
10. Chain or # 9 wire or cable may be used with 2 chains or 2 bundles #9 wire or 2 cables per seam.
Compact Rules: No mini vans
1. The rules in this section will be used in addition to rules stated in the All Vehicles Entered section.
2. Any compact car or compact truck 106" wheelbase or less allowed except those stated in the All Vehicle Entered section.
3. Must have compact vehicle springs. No full size springs cut down to fit.
4. Cab on pick up must be secured to frame and may be welded with plates to the bed.
5. Fuel tanks and transmission coolers must be secured inside the front of the bed on compact trucks.
6. Compact car or truck bodies must be on an OEM stock compact frame.
7. Tailgates on compact trucks will be treated the same as trunk lids.
8. Compact bumpers only. NO full size bumpers cut down to fit.
9. V-8 engines are allowed.
10. Only one the following: bolting or chaining or #9 wire or cabling or welding can be used to secure your trunk lid, doors and cutouts.
11. Only 2 chains or cables or #9 wire will allowed in 2 place in each seam.
12. Only 4"x1/2" or less rolled steel or 4" X 4" X 3/16" plates may be used for exterior seam welding. Must be weld 4" skip 4" spacing or plates with 4” between each plate.
13. Sedagons and trunk wedging and lid tucking are allowed. NO added metal. Officials may require

4. Driver's door may be welded solid.
5. Front frame seams may be welded from the A-arms forward top and bottom.
6. Front and rear bumpers may be welded to brackets and brackets welded to the frame .
7. You may build a driver cage following the rules stated in the Preparation Section in the All Vehicles Entered section
8. Doors, trunk lids, wagon gates must be secured with bolts or chain or cable or #9 wire or welding two (2) 4” x 4” plate in 2 locations per running seam. No welding of interior seams
9. NO OTHER WELDING PERMITTED ON THE CAR.
10. Steering and suspension CAN NOT be altered from OEM factory.
11. Hoods must be secured with bolts or chain or cable or #9 wire. They must open for inspection.
12. No sedagons , tucking, wedging.
