Ok, looks like we are coming from texas as spectator, Can someone just give me a run down of classes running and about how many are you expecting for each class.
LAST YEAR THERE WERE 20 OR SO CARS FOR THE NEWLY RECONFIGURED WIRE CLASS, SHOULD BE RIGHT AROUND 30 THIS YEAR. FOR A COUNTY FAIR NOWADAYS, THATS A GOOD CAR COUNT.. THE DAY AFTER THE DERBY IS FIGURE EIGHT NIGHT AT THE SAME FAIRGROUNDS, USUALLY 20-30 CARS SHOW FOR THAT....

Now thats more like the derbries im used to, stopped at leanordville last year and they had 8 in one class and 6 in compacts. Both classss was just a oneand done feature.

Bring a couple cars up and drive! It's a well inspected and even derby. There are some great drivers and first time drivers. The car which got 5th last year was a nearly bone stock Vic with a female driver. It had factory exhaust still under the car and street radials. Who knows, you just might win back your gas money since they pay well and pretty deep into the field.
